Lots and lots of lamnoid shark skulls. Note the extreme, derived skulls (well, chondrocrania) of the Megamouth Shark (Megachasma pelagios), Basking Shark (Cetorhinus maximus) and Goblin Shark (Mitsukurina owstoni).
Compagno, L. (1990) Relationships of the Megamouth Shark, Megachasma pelagios (Lamniformes: Megachasmidae), with Comments on Its Feeding Habits. In: Pratt, L., et al. (eds.). The skull of a horned owl. I want to go into scientific illustration so I decided to start practicing. This isn’t as accurate as I’d like it, but ehh whatever. I’m not very good with graphite yet anyways.

Two rodents & one shrew.
God I love shrew teeth, especially the ones with bright red iron deposits. <3

School is pretty good so far, today I made a plexiglass grid for doing precise drawings and tested it out with this sketch of a skull. Was tough to keep it perfectly aligned, you basically have to sit perfectly still and keep one eye closed the whole time, so there are a few parts that got really wonky and I just went back and free-handed them after… practice practice practice.
