The skull of a horned owl. I want to go into scientific illustration so I decided to start practicing. This isn’t as accurate as I’d like it, but ehh whatever. I’m not very good with graphite yet anyways.

“barn owl” , and in china we call them “鸮”.What we call “owl” is 猫头鹰（hawk with cat head)

the book i reference is <the nature history book>，i never seen a real barn owl…

draw with derwent drawing,the color of these pencils is very natural.
